Is the certification exam fee included in the Whizlabs course fee?

No, the certification exam fee is not included in the Whizlabs course fee. Whizlabs fee is for the online training course and for the practice papers (mock tests) provided by Whizlabs. You will have to pay the exam fee at Amazon while purchasing AWS certification exam voucher.
