hello, I buy the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certification - Online Course and made the payment but it still showing in the cart and also can't see course in my courses.

I had a billing issue where I was charged for the subscription but did not have access which is something I think is probably the most unprofessional thing an enterprise can do. And all of this a few days of taking the exam. As per this article there are phone numbers but thats not true either. You don't find the numbers anywhere on their website and infact even the number on the invoice is out of service. Very smooth!!
